    General Policies

    We have our reception open 24 hours
    Check in: from 15:00 pm Hours
    Check-out: Up to 12:00 pm hours

    Check Out Policies:

    The room must be leaved at a maximum of 12:00 pm. In case of check out after this hour and until 14:00 hours the total of one night of stay will be charged. In case of a new check out in the same room, the late check out will not be possible, but the penalty if leaving the room later than 12:00 pm, will apply an extra charge.

    Payment Policy

    Any reservation must be paid at 100% at the time of being made.

    Forms of payment

    We have two forms of payment:

    1. Credit card charge: At the time of requesting a quotation a format is sent to be filled by the guest by the corresponding data of the one who reserves and the credit card data that will authorize to perform the charge for the total amount of the reservation. Please send also your official identification (passport for foreign guests and INE credential for Mexican guests)
    2. Bank transfer or deposit: The data of our account can be found in the payment policy button, and it is necessary to warn US 2 hours before making your payment that, this in order that we can make a temporary block of the room on the date requested for the stay, and so secure it. If past the two hours we have not received by mail or WhatsApp the payment, in automatic will be done the unlocking of the room.

    In both cases, once the payment is validated you will receive immediately the confirmation code of your reservation with the details of your reservation, which we ask you to read and check are correct.

    Rates

    The rates are provided in USD and finally the charge of the reservation is made in Mexican pesos with the conversion by official exchange rate of the day of the quotation (25 cents under the sale based on Banco Banamex) and indicated in its quotation.
    Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

    Cancellation Policies

    There is no refund for any stay in case of cancellation for any reason, before, during or after your stay.

    Change of Travel Dates

    If you wish a change of dates, this will be considered subject to availability or rate change.

    If the change is given 72 hours before the day of arrival, 40% of the stay will be penalized, and it will be only as a credit applicable to a future reservation 60% of the reservation.

    If the change is requested with less than 72 and up to 24 hours before the day of arrival will be penalized with 60% of the total amount paid for the reservation, and will be only 40% applicable as credit for a future reservation.

    If the change is requested less than 24 hours before your arrival, there will be no possibility of any credit for a future stay, and the reservation will have been lost without a credit/refund.

    If any type of credit is applied for a future reservation, it may be used for a term of 1 year from the day you originally paid.

    Billing

    In case of being Mexican and requiring an invoice you can send us the information of your stay, (date of entry/exit) name, as well as your tax data, and use CDFI to the mail facturacion@azucarhotel.com and you will receive the requested invoice 3 business days after have requested it.

    Policies for material damage or loss.

    We reserve the right to make additional charges in case of property damage, or loss of items owned by the hotel.

    In these cases the charge on a material damage will be the value of the invoice of the product or service, in case of not having the cost at the time of the loss or the damage, will be to consideration of the management of the hotel the amount of the charge to apply , which will be the approximate of the invoice or market value.

    Additional charges generated for these reasons will be charged in cash in national currency.

    Access and Staying Policies

    ElThe hotel at all times reserves the entrance to a guest or any person who has bad behavior, who disturbs an employee or other guest or creates some type of conflict or threat on the property, fails to comply with the basic rules of coexistence or is under the EFEC of some drugs. For the same reasons you can also be request the abandonment of the property even if you have paid a stay, and will be without any applicable reimbursement.

    In the event of climatic contingencies, noises or disturbances caused by neighboring or surrounding properties or any other reason, whether natural or non-natural, the hotel is not responsible for reimbursement of the paid stay.

    Damage, accidents, stolen objects, sickness, etc.

    The hotel is not responsible for any damage or contingency caused to your person or your belongings during your stay.

    We are always in the care of our property and our guests to provide the utmost security and satisfaction. We ask you to use safety deposit box in your room.
