No, Our Beach Has The Whitest And Softest Sands Of Tulum.
Do you provide beach towels?
Yes.
Do you have a restaurant or bar?
We do not have service of restaurant or bar, but besides and all around our area and at very close walking distances you will find great restaurants, bars, minimarkets and shopping boutiques.
Do you include breakfast?
No, but every morning we give a courtesy based on coffe, fruit and bread. It is not a complete meal, but something great to begin your day!
Rent bicycles?
For the moment no, but very soon we will do it, but few meters from the hotel there is a place for bike rentals.
Is there electricity?
Yes, 24 hrs. We produce our own energy. We only ask our guests not to use for a long time appliances that use large amounts of energy in order to contribute with ecology.
Do you have wifi?
Yes we have, although in all the area of the beach the signal is a little slow, but we have the service and it is free.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we have parking and it is free.
All rooms have air conditioning?
Not all, only the rooms Mar, Cielo, Agua and Aire have air conditioning, the rest has fans.
Do you accept pets?
We love pets, but we do not accept these beautiful friends for the moment.
Do you accept children?
Yes.
Do you have pool or jacuzzi?
We don’t have a general swimming pool. But the rooms Suite Mar, Suite Cielo, Suite Agua and Suite Aire have a private exterior jacuzzi!
Can I arrive after my check in time (3:00 pm) and would it be someone to receive me?
Yes, of course!
