Are you located on the beach?
Yes
Do you have camaster/ beach beds?
Yes.
Does your beach has rocks?
No, our beach has the whitest and softest sands of Tulum.
Do you provide beach towels?
Yes.
Do you have a restaurant or bar?
We do not have a restaurant or bar service, but nearby and all around our area, at very close walking distances, you will find great restaurants, bars, minimarkets, and shopping boutiques.
Do you include breakfast?
No, but every morning we offer a courtesy based on coffee, fruit, and bread. It is not a complete meal, but something great to begin your day!
Do you rent bicycles?
For the moment, no, but very soon we will. However, a few meters from the hotel, there is a place for bike rentals.
Is there electricity?
Yes, 24 hours. We produce our own energy. We only ask our guests not to use for a long time appliances that use large amounts of energy in order to contribute to ecology.
Do you have wifi?
Yes, we have. Although in the entire beach area, the signal is a little slow, but we have the service, and it is free.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we have parking, and it is free.
Do all rooms have air conditioning?
Yes, all rooms types and bungalows have air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
Do you accept pets?
We love pets, but we do not accept these beautiful friends for the moment.
Do you accept children?
Yes.
Do you have pool or jacuzzi?
We have both, a beautiful infinity pool facing the sea and a large jacuzzi with lounge beds, hammocks, and beautiful views of the sea and the jungle on the “Selvamar” Rooftop.
Can I arrive after my check-in time (3:00 pm), and would there be someone to receive me?
Yes, of course!
