Yes. The hotel sits right on the beach, in the Tulum hotel zone.
Do you have sun loungers, umbrellas or beds on the beach?
Yes, we have all of it so you can enjoy your stay by our sea.
Does your beach have rocks?
No! Our beach has the whitest and softest sand in Tulum.
Do you provide beach towels?
Yes.
Is breakfast included?
No, but we have a delicious and extensive menu for every palate.
Do you rent bicycles?
Not for the moment, though we will soon. There is a bike rental place a few metres from the hotel.
Is there electricity?
Yes, 24 hours a day.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, high-speed in the rooms, the common areas and throughout the hotel.
Do you have parking?
Yes, free and subject to availability.
Do all rooms have air conditioning?
Yes. Every room and bungalow has air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
Is there a TV in the rooms?
We only have a Smart TV in the Mar, Cielo, Agua and Arrecife bungalows.
Do you have cots or extra beds?
Yes, we have one subject to availability, at no additional charge to your booking.
Do you have a restaurant and bar?
Yes, we have a restaurant and bar facing the sea.
Does the hotel have security?
Yes, we have guards 24 hours a day, and every room has a safety box.
Do you accept pets?
We love pets, but we cannot welcome them for the time being.
Do you accept children?
Yes — we love having happy families enjoying Azucar Hotel Tulum.
Do you have a pool or a jacuzzi?
Both: an infinity pool facing the sea, and a large jacuzzi with loungers and hammocks on the “Selvamar” rooftop, overlooking the sea and the jungle. If you would like your own private jacuzzi, then the Bungalows are your best option.
Can I arrive after 3:00 pm, the check-in time?
Yes, at any time. We only ask that you let us know so we can expect you.
Will someone be there to receive me?
Of course. Reception is staffed 24 hours a day.
