Policy
- All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- All reservations must be made by sending a full photo of their National Institute of Statistics (INE) identification for Mexican travelers and a passport for foreign travelers; these must be presented at check-in.
- If the aforementioned identification, sent in PDF format or scanned and presented in physical form upon arrival at the hotel at check-in, does not match the primary guest’s identification, we do not reserve the right to refuse the reservation, even if it has been paid for.
- The offered rate will be valid for 24 hours only.
Changes may occur if the reservation is not made within this time frame. - There are no refunds or cancellations if the guest does not show up for check-in.
- To make a change of date valid, 16 business days’ notice is required. This request will be subject to rate changes and room availability.
- If the check-in and check-out dates are changed according to policy guidelines and the rate is lower, no refund will be issued for the change of dates.
- Check-in Time: 3:00 PM
- Check-out Time: 12:00 PM
- The check-out tolerance is 30 minutes to avoid additional charges.
- Late Check-out: 50% of the room rate will be applied to the daily rate until 2:00 PM.
If the rate is later than 2:00 PM, the full amount of one night’s room will be charged at that day’s rate.
Pool Use
- Children, youth, and adults are allowed in the oceanfront pool.
- The Jacuzzi located on the “Selvamar” Rooftop is for use by guests 18+ only.
- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN ENCLOSED AREAS, SUCH AS ROOMS OR COMMON AREAS WITH A ROOF, NOR INSIDE A POOL OR JACUZZI.
- BEVERAGES OF ANY KIND ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE POOLS OR JACUZZIS.
- A FEE FOR LOST OR TAKEN TOWELS FROM THE HOTEL IS USD 150.
- IN CASE OF ANY DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY, THE AMOUNT TO BE CHARGED WILL BE THE COST OF THE REPAIR AND AN ADDITIONAL USD 250.
- Any inappropriate behavior toward our staff or behavior that disturbs other guests will be grounds for leaving the hotel without a refund. In extreme cases, the police will be called.
- No refunds or changes will be made due to weather conditions, hurricanes, flight changes, natural disasters, illnesses, or personal reasons.
- Parking is free and subject to availability.
- We are not responsible for accidents, theft, or loss of your belongings, or damage to third parties.
- We reserve the right to request that you leave the property if you fail to comply with our policies and regulations.
